Who we treat
Every patient who walks through our door is an athlete — the only question is what you're training for. Here's how we help each type.
Industrial Athlete
Whether it's hours of sitting at a desk or one heavy lift, your body needs to handle 21st-century loads. Musculoskeletal structures are designed to move — prolonged static postures damage spinal discs, joints, and muscles as surely as a single-impact injury. We diagnose and treat neck pain, back pain, and repetitive strain with the same precision we bring to the sideline.
Recreational Athlete
The weekend warrior who undertrains mid-week but goes full-on come game day. It's a recipe for injury, and we see it every week. With 1,000+ games of National League experience, we provide an accurate diagnosis, a structured rehab plan, and a return-to-play program grounded in real sideline experience — plus the patient education that prevents it happening again.
Adolescent Athlete
You're at peak activity but your body is changing fast. Rapidly evolving hormones mean rapid changes in bone and musculoskeletal structure. Training loads escalate suddenly as you progress through school, rep, and development squads — and your body may not have made the transition to cope. Our principals have looked after GPS and CAS schoolboy rugby since the 80s.
Professional Athlete
Referred by clubs and coaches for independent opinions and rehabilitation. Our physiotherapists have worked alongside elite coaches — including 21 seasons with the NRL Canterbury Bulldogs and 9 years as the team's full-time physio — and understand the training loads required to succeed at the highest level.
Masters Athlete
Degenerative wear and tear through getting older, post-natal recovery, or the accumulated mileage of decades of activity. You don't have to accept pain as normal — you just need to train smarter. We help you maintain strength, mobility, and quality of life at every age.
